Abitur Programme Retail Business Manager Apprenticeship 2027

Our three-year Abitur programme is an alternative to studying and offers a qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree, letting you build a career without university.

• Practical training: you work in our Takko stores and learn all important tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, merchandise presentation, operating the till, and stocktaking.
• Theoretical training: you learn a lot of theory from experienced colleagues and regularly in block courses at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
• Store management: you are prepared for staff leadership and personnel management so you can later run a store.

• School qualification: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur - dropouts from university are also very welcome
• Sense of responsibility: enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop yourself
• Team spirit: enjoy contact with people and fashion and the ability to work in a team
