Retail Management Training Programme for School Leavers with University Entrance Qualifications, 2027

Three year training programme at Takko in Königsbrunn starting on 1 August 2027, as an alternative to university. The programme offers a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree and prepares you to manage a store.

• Practical training: work in Takko stores and learn all the main tasks, including advising customers, learning about products, displaying goods, operating the till and taking stock.
• Classroom training: learn the theory from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of lessons at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: learn about leading staff and managing people so you can run a store later.

• School qualifications: a full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur university entrance qualification; people who have left university without a degree are also welcome
• Responsibility: enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop your skills
• Team spirit: enjoy working with people and fashion, and be able to work in a team
