Abitur Programme Retail Business Specialist Apprenticeship 2027

Our three-year Abitur programme is an alternative to university and, with a qualification equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, offers you the chance to build a career even without studying.

• Practical training: You work in our Takko stores and learn all the important tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, presenting goods, operating the till, and stocktaking.
• Theoretical training: You learn a lot of theory from your experienced colleagues and regularly in block courses at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
• Store management: You are prepared for staff leadership and personnel management so that you can later run a store.

• School qualification: full technical university entrance qualification or Abitur - dropouts from university are also warmly welcome
• Sense of responsibility: Enjoyment of taking on responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: Motivation to learn new things and develop yourself
