Our three-year Abitur programme is an alternative to university. It gives you a qualification equal to a bachelor's degree, so you can build a career without studying.

• Practical training: you will work in our Takko stores and learn all the important tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, presenting goods, operating the till, and stocktaking.
• Theoretical training: you learn a lot of theory from your experienced colleagues and regularly in block classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: you will be prepared for staff leadership and personnel management so you can later run a store.

• School qualification: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur - university dropouts are also warmly welcome
