Our three-year Abitur program is an alternative to university and offers you a qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree, so you can build a career without studying.

• Practical training: you work in our Takko stores and learn all the important tasks, including customer service, product knowledge, product presentation, operating the cash register, and inventory.
• Theoretical training: you gain a lot of theoretical knowledge from your experienced colleagues and regularly in block courses at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
• Store management: you are prepared for staff leadership and personnel management so that you can later run a store.

• School qualification: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur - dropouts from university are also warmly welcome
