Abitur Graduate Program Retail Business Specialist Apprenticeship 2027

Our three-year Abitur graduate program is an alternative to university and, with a qualification equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, gives you the chance to build a career without studying.

• Practical training: you will work in our Takko stores and learn all the important tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, presenting goods, operating the cash register, and inventory.
• Theoretical training: you learn a lot of theory – from your experienced colleagues and regularly in block classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: you will be prepared for staff leadership and personnel management so that you can later run a store.

• School qualification: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur – university dropouts are also warmly welcome
• Sense of responsibility: enjoying taking on responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop yourself
• Team spirit: enjoying contact with people and fashion as well as the ability to work in a team
