2027 Retail Management Apprenticeship Programme for School Leavers with University Entrance Qualifications

Three-year programme at Takko offering an alternative to university, with a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree and training to manage a store.

• Practical training: work in Takko stores and learn all key tasks, including advising customers, product knowledge, displaying goods, operating the till and stocktaking.
• Classroom training: learn from experienced colleagues and attend regular blocks of classes at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: prepare for staff leadership and personnel management so you can manage a store in the future.

• School qualification: full entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences or Abitur; university dropouts are also welcome
