Retail Management Training Programme for School Leavers, 2027

A three-year training programme at Takko in Mönchengladbach starting on 1 August 2027. It combines practical training in a store with blocks of classes at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover and prepares you to manage a store. The qualification is at the same level as a bachelor's degree.

• Practical training: you will work in our Takko stores and learn all the main tasks, including advising customers, learning about products, displaying goods, operating the till and taking stock.
• Classroom learning: you will learn the theory from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: you will learn about leading staff and managing people so that you can run a store in the future.

• School qualification: a full university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur; applicants who have left university are also welcome
• Responsibility: you enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop your skills
• Team spirit: you enjoy working with people and fashion and can work in a team
