Retail Management Training Programme for School Leavers with University Entrance Qualifications, 2027

Three year training programme at Takko in Neutraubling for school leavers with university entrance qualifications, offered as an alternative to university study. It leads to a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree and prepares you for a career in retail and store management.

• Practical training: work in our Takko stores and learn all key tasks, including advising customers, learning about products, displaying goods, operating the checkout and taking inventory.
• Classroom learning: gain theoretical knowledge from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of lessons at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: prepare for team leadership and staff management so that you can run a store in the future.

• School qualification: full university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur; applicants who have left university without completing their degree are also welcome
