About this Apprenticeship
A three year programme at Takko in Oer-Erkenschwick for school leavers with university entrance qualifications, offered as an alternative to university. It combines practical store training with classroom learning at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover and prepares you to manage a store.
What You'll Learn
- Practical training: Work in our Takko stores and learn all key tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, product display, operating the till and stocktaking.
- Classroom training: Learn theory from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
- Store management: Learn about leading staff and managing people so that you can run a store in the future.
Requirements
- School qualification: Full university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur; university dropouts are also very welcome
- Responsibility: Enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
- Willingness to learn: Motivation to learn new things and develop your skills
- Team spirit: Enjoy working with people and fashion, and be able to work in a team
