Abitur Programme Retail Business Manager Apprenticeship 2027

Our three-year Abitur programme is an alternative to university. It gives you a qualification equal to a Bachelor's degree, so you can build a career without studying.

• Practical training: you will work in our Takko stores and learn all important tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, presenting goods, operating the till, and stocktaking.
• Theoretical training: you will learn plenty of theory from your experienced colleagues and regularly in block classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
• Store management: you will be prepared for leadership and personnel management so you can later run a store.

• School qualification: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur - university dropouts are also warmly welcome
• Sense of responsibility: enjoying taking on responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop yourself
• Team spirit: enjoying contact with people and fashion, and the ability to work in a team
