What Takko Fashion offers

• Our three-year programme is an alternative to university and offers a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree, allowing you to build a career without a university course.
• Practical training: Work in our Takko stores and learn all key tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, product displays, operating the till and stocktaking.
• Classroom learning: Gain knowledge from experienced colleagues and regular blocks of lessons at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
• Store management: Learn about leading staff and managing people so you can run a store in the future.
• Three Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifications: Retail sales professional, advanced retail management specialist and trainer qualification
• Welcome event: A nationwide introduction event for all new apprentices
• Varied tasks: A wide range of tasks with responsibility during your training
• Personal support: Close guidance and support, including help preparing for exams
