Abitur Program Retail Business Manager Apprenticeship 2027

The three-year Abitur program at Takko is an alternative to university and offers a qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree. You work in Takko stores, learn theory in block courses at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover, and are prepared to manage a store.

• Practical training: You will work in our Takko stores and learn all important activities, including customer advice, product knowledge, presenting goods, operating the cash register, and inventory.
• Theoretical training: You learn a lot of theoretical knowledge – from your experienced colleagues and regularly in block courses at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
• Store management: You are prepared for staff leadership and personnel management in order to be able to manage a store later.

• School qualification: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur - dropouts from university are also warmly welcome
• Sense of responsibility: enjoying taking on responsibility and working independently
