What You'll Learn
- From your first day, you are part of the team and work directly with customers in the branch and by phone.
- You advise customers on matters such as loans and planning their finances for the future, and offer suitable products.
Requirements
- You have at least a German intermediate secondary school certificate (Realschulabschluss) when the apprenticeship starts.
- Because you will work with customers from the start, a very good level of German is recommended, at C2 or native speaker level.
- You are open and friendly and enjoy contact with people.
- Customer satisfaction comes first for you.

- You receive 1,400 euros in the first year, 1,470 euros in the second year and 1,550 euros in the third year, reduced proportionately for part time training.
- You have 30 days of holiday a year, reduced proportionately for part time training.
- Your vocational school is usually in the same town as your training branch.
- You receive help with education costs, for example towards a tablet to use our digital learning resources.
