What You'll Learn
- Join the team and work directly with customers in the branch and by phone from day one
- Advise customers on matters such as loans and financial planning, and offer suitable products
Requirements
- At least an intermediate secondary school certificate by the start of the apprenticeship
- Very good German at C2 or native-speaker level is recommended because customer contact begins at the start of the apprenticeship
- An open, friendly manner and enjoyment of working with people
- Customer satisfaction comes first for you
