What You'll Learn
- You are part of the team from day one and work directly with customers in the branch and by phone.
- You advise customers on topics such as loans and financial planning and offer suitable products.
Requirements
- You have at least an intermediate secondary school certificate when the apprenticeship starts.
- Because you work with customers from the start, we recommend very good German at C2 or native speaker level.
- You are open and enjoy meeting people.
- Customer satisfaction is your top priority.

- You receive €1,400 in the first year, €1,470 in the second year and €1,550 in the third year, reduced proportionally for part-time training.
- You receive 30 days of holiday a year, reduced proportionally for part-time training.
- Your vocational school is usually in the same town as your training branch.
- You receive an education allowance, for example for a tablet to use our online learning resources.
- Additional benefits include a Deutschlandticket, a bonus for a good or very good final examination result, sports and health activities, and more.
