Apprenticeship Bank Clerk Full-time/Part-time – Völklingen (01.08.2027)

BANK. REAL. DIFFERENT. That is our claim as an employer. We want to become the best bank for all our customers and employees, which is why we are looking for people who want to make a difference together. With us, you can get fully involved in your apprenticeship from day one. You will receive the support you need at all times. Working at eye level included. You wouldn't have expected that from a bank? Then you've come to the right place! Together with you, we pursue a clear goal: making our customers even more satisfied.

From day one, you are part of the team and actively in customer contact (in the branch and by phone). You advise customers on loans and financial provision and offer them suitable products. We teach you everything you need for your tasks in a practical way. Your trainers are always at your side. You take part in digital training sessions and seminars at our academy.

You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) at the start of your apprenticeship. Since you will have direct customer contact from the start, we recommend a very good level of German (C2 or native speaker level). You are open-minded and enjoy interacting with people. Customer satisfaction is your top priority. In the long term, many doors are open to you with us, for example as a branch manager.

Apprenticeship available full-time or part-time. The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (full-time). You receive €1,400 in the 1st year, €1,470 in the 2nd year, and €1,550 in the 3rd year (pro-rated for part-time). You get 30 days of vacation per year (pro-rated for part-time). Your vocational school is usually located at your apprenticeship branch. You receive an education grant (e.g., for a tablet to use our digital learning platform). Additional benefits include a Deutschlandticket, a bonus for very good or good performance in your final exam, sports and health offers, and much more. Corporate Benefits: Work-Life Balance (all apprenticeships also part-time, discounted holiday apartments, hardship fund, paid special leave for special events, 30 days vacation, family service, childcare during seminars), Lifestyle (discounts at partners, special conditions for bank products), Salary (attractive salary from first year, capital-forming benefits, bonus for good final exam, full reimbursement of Deutschlandticket, study travel allowance), Pension & Health (group accident insurance, health management, special conditions at TARGO Insurance, access to Wellhub), Social & Sustainability (volunteer day, World Cleanup Day, Wundertaler), Further Education (study with TARGOBANK, internal talent programs, seminars at in-house academy, LinkedIn Learning, Prüfungs.TV, leave before and during exams, tablet grant).
