About this Apprenticeship
TARGOBANK is seeking someone to join its sales team in Rüsselsheim. The role focuses on personal customer advice, suitable financial solutions and growing customer relationships.
What You'll Learn
- Provide expert support to customers on our products
- Focus on advice about financial protection and loans
- Develop thoughtful financial solutions that meet customer needs and follow our approach of considering their whole financial situation
- Continually develop customer relationships through your advice and excellent service
- Acquire new customers professionally
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in banking or a comparable qualification in financial services
- Practical experience providing individual, personal advice to private customers
- As German is our business language, we recommend at least C1 proficiency
- Empathy and an outgoing manner
- A strong focus on service, combined with the ability to take responsibility and work as part of a team
