Dual Study Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Duisburg, starting 1 August 2027

Dual study program in Computer Science at TARGOBANK starting on 1 August 2027. During the 3.5-year program, you work three days per week at the Duisburg site and study two days at FOM in Düsseldorf. You join the team from the start and learn about the bank’s IT processes.

• During your 3.5-year dual study program, you work three days a week at our Duisburg site. On the other two days, you study at FOM in Düsseldorf.
• You are part of the team from day one and take an active role.
• You carry out varied tasks, such as object-oriented software development using C# and Java, or Cobol in our older systems.
• We teach you key skills through practical work, such as developing and running IT applications and adapting and improving interfaces between systems.
• You gain a full overview of the different IT processes at our bank.

• You have at least a German school qualification that allows you to enter university or a university of applied sciences.
• You work in an international setting, so you should have good English skills.
• Since lectures are held in German, a very good level of German, C2 or native level, is also recommended.
• Customer satisfaction comes first for you.
