Business Clerk to Sales Customer Advisor Düsseldorf

TARGOBANK is looking for people for its sales team, including career changers who are supported at the start by a qualification program. You advise customers and move the bank forward.

• Complete an 18-month qualification program to become a customer advisor
• Competent customer advice on products (focus on loans and retirement provision)
• Professional new customer acquisition and existing customer care
• Developing well-thought-out, needs-based financial solutions

• Completed commercial training or completed degree, each with at least 6 months of sales and personal advisory experience
• Or 3 years of sales experience in an advice-intensive industry (preferably automotive, travel or telecommunications)
• As the business language is German, at least C1 level is recommended
• Strong closing orientation and success in active sales
• Strength in needs analysis and conducting conversations
