Commercial professional becoming a sales customer adviser, Esslingen

TARGOBANK is recruiting customer advisers in sales in Esslingen, including career changers. An 18-month qualification programme prepares staff for advice and sales, particularly lending and financial protection products. The role comes with a permanent employment contract.

• Complete an 18-month qualification programme to become a customer adviser
• Provide knowledgeable advice on our products, focusing on lending and financial protection
• Professionally acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
• Develop carefully considered financial solutions tailored to customer needs and consistent with our comprehensive approach

• Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree, with at least six months of sales and face-to-face advisory experience in either case
• Alternatively, three years of sales experience in an advice-intensive industry, preferably automotive, travel or telecommunications
• German is our business language, so we recommend at least C1 proficiency
• Strong focus on closing sales and a record of success in active selling
• Ability to identify customer needs and lead conversations
