• Become part of a great team in the large kitchen of our employee restaurant, where you will cook healthy, good, and delicious food.
• You will not only conjure up various dishes but will soon coordinate kitchen processes like a pro as you prepare approximately 800 lunches daily with your team in our employee restaurant.
• Your tasks include creating menu plans, selecting ingredients, and preparing food distribution.
• In contrast to gastronomy, you will have regular working hours in our large kitchen.
• To still get to know the à la carte business, you will spend a few months of your Ausbildung in the restaurant or hotel kitchen of a cooperation partner.
• Additionally, you will participate in the Hamburg Youth Cooking Championships and other cooking competitions.
• You will receive personal and professional support during your Ausbildung to develop further and successfully master your final examination.

• You have successfully completed a good secondary school leaving certificate.
• Initial practical experience, e.g., in gastronomy, catering, or through a kitchen internship, is an advantage.
• You are characterized by a pronounced sense of taste and smell.
• You bring conscientiousness to the handling of work equipment and food.
• You are an independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality.
• You are available to start your Ausbildung from August 1, 2026.
