Technical Customer Support Specialist

You will manage the complete warranty process for our vehicles in logistics, perform fault diagnostics, and develop solutions for domestic and international customers and service partners via phone, email, or CRM system. You create and monitor service notifications and customer inquiries in SAP and CRM, verify warranty claims, identify required spare parts, optimize customer service processes through standardization of service documents (FAQs, spare parts lists), independently manage projects, collaborate with customers, service partners, and technical departments, and prepare analyses of failure frequencies and warranty costs.

Processing warranty claims for vehicles in logistics, fault diagnostics and solution proposals for customers and service partners, creation and monitoring of service notifications in SAP and CRM, verification of warranty claims and identification of spare parts, optimization of customer service processes through documentation standardization, independent project management, collaboration with customers, service partners and specialist departments, preparation of analyses on failure frequencies and warranty costs.

Completed vocational training in a commercial-technical field (e.g., agricultural machinery mechanic, mechatronics technician, or equivalent). Ideally further training as a master craftsman or technician. Professional experience in commercial vehicles, transport and logistics, preferably in service. Further training in high-voltage technology desirable. Structured work approach, proactive initiative, strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, resilience under stress. Very good German skills, good English skills. Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
