What toom Baumarkt GmbH offers

• Join the company from your first day and get to know retail, toom and store processes from different perspectives through hands-on shop-floor experience
• Earn your retail qualification within 18 months, then complete 22 months of advanced retail management training and gain your trainer qualification (AdA)
• Rotate through the store's specialist departments, build product knowledge and learn how to advise customers and hold sales conversations
• Shadow store managers in their daily work and prepare to become a junior manager
• Attend five-day theory modules at the training provider in Neuwied approximately every six weeks, with small groups that support learning
• Good pay: €1,300 per month in months 1 to 12, €1,500 per month in months 13 to 18, and specialist sales staff pay under a fixed pay scale in months 19 to 33; additional benefits include help with rent when moving for further training, retirement provision, discounts and offers across the REWE Group
• Support throughout the programme from contacts in the store, at head office and at the training provider
