Store Manager / Branch Manager Greater Münster Area

Independent management of a toom home improvement store in the greater Münster area. toom is part of the REWE Group and runs more than 300 stores nationwide.

• Independent management of the store and handling customer concerns
• Aligning store activity with customer requirements, ensuring service delivery and acting as an entrepreneur on site
• Disciplinary leadership and structured development of your store team (e.g. talent management, succession planning, recruiting) and acting as motivator, role model and coach
• Achieving budget targets and responsibility for strategic site development
• Ensuring (seasonal) product availability, inventory accuracy and store processes together with your whole store team
• Creating a communication structure in the store and acting as an idea generator
• Ensuring implementation of concepts, guidelines and services as well as internal and legal requirements (e.g. occupational safety)

• A qualification as a retail or wholesale clerk (m/f/d), certified retail specialist, business administrator, a business degree, or comparable professional experience as branch manager, store manager, regional manager or site manager
• Several years of experience leading larger teams and developing and motivating employees
• Sound business knowledge in evaluating key figures, e.g. via a merchandise management system
• Strong organizational skills, e.g. for handling day-to-day business and long-term planning
• High sense of responsibility, decisiveness and desire for personal responsibility
• Ideally knowledge of the home improvement assortment
