• Your tasks:
• Independent management of your area and handling of customer inquiries
• Leading your team while acting as a role model for your employees, e.g., in terms of further development
• Making decisions, e.g., on complaints or other customer inquiries
• Reviewing business key figures of your area, such as sales and write-offs, and implementing derived measures
• Ensuring goods availability, inventory security, and processes in cooperation with the logistics team
• Implementing concepts (e.g., seasonal displays), services, and internal and legal requirements (e.g., occupational safety)
• As part of the store management, you represent the company internally and externally

• What you bring:
• Experience in retail, e.g., as a retail management assistant (m/f/d), trade specialist, business economist, or comparable professional experience
• Experience in leading and developing employees
• Teamwork, strong communication skills, decisiveness, and willingness to take responsibility
• Knowledge in evaluating figures, e.g., via merchandise management system
• Experience in prioritizing daily business and quick comprehension
• Interest in the DIY store assortment
