During your apprenticeship, you will learn the various operational processes and departments at Transgourmet: Technical Check: You inspect the truck before the tour, keep it in shape, and help with minor breakdowns (e.g., tire change, simple checks, report defects). Tour Control: You drive planned tours, use navigation/on-board computer, and comply with driving and rest times. Cold Chain & Load Guardian: You monitor temperatures, load/unload roll containers/pallets, and secure goods professionally for transport. Customer Contact: You are the "face" of the company at the customer, coordinate the delivery, and remain friendly. Handover & Documentation: You have deliveries acknowledged, clarify discrepancies, and document everything via scanner/delivery note (including empties/deposits).

Technical Understanding: You are interested in vehicles and can solve minor problems yourself. Safety Awareness: You drive defensively and pay attention to load securing and occupational safety. Reliability: You keep to schedules and handle goods and vehicles responsibly. Friendliness: You have direct customer contact and remain polite and helpful. Concentration: You are attentive in traffic and during documentation/handover. Physical Strength: You help with loading/unloading. Stress Resistance: You stay calm in traffic jams, time pressure, or short-notice changes.
