• Assortment maintenance: You ensure that the product range stays current (restocking, placing correctly and appealingly, checking stocks/prices/labels).
• Goods receipt: You accept deliveries, check quantity and quality, book goods into the system and store them correctly.
• Customer services: You advise customers, answer questions, support with complaints/exchanges and find suitable solutions.
• Warehouse and logistics processes: You ensure the flow of goods (picking, packing, inventory) and pay attention to order and safety.

• Interest in trade and products: Desire to work with goods, assortments and trends.
• Customer orientation & communication skills: friendly, helpful, can explain and listen well.
• Reliability & sense of responsibility: keeps agreements, works carefully (e.g. at checkout, goods receipt, orders).
• Basic arithmetic & number sense: for change, promotions, quantities/stocks
• Digital affinity: no fear of merchandise management systems, scanners, digital processes.
• (Physical) resilience & flexibility: stays calm even in stressful times; willingness to work changing hours and on Saturdays
• Initiative & willingness to learn: pitches in, asks questions, accepts feedback and develops further.
