• Processing the creditor workflow, which serves the purpose of posting cost invoices and obtaining approvals for these invoices
• Checking and clearing open items of creditors
• Verbal and written communication with business partners and cost center managers
• Supporting the scanning and validation team

• Your personality is characterized by high willingness to learn, independence, flexibility, enthusiasm, and intrinsic motivation
• You have completed an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (f/m/d) or comparable apprenticeship
• We gladly give career starters a chance
• Your handling of MS Office, especially Excel, is confident and you desirably have knowledge of SAP
• You have a basic understanding of VAT to assess matters correctly
