• Order acceptance (inbound and outbound, mail and fax) as well as assortment expansion/cross- and up-selling
• Advice on alternative articles and our (digital) services
• Complaint acceptance and processing while weighing different interests
• Customer information on current offers and promotions as well as sale of products with endangered best-before dates
• Maintenance of customer master data, as well as creation of new customers
• Creation of credit notes and direct debits
• Informal exchange with the customer regarding their documents

• Great passion for active selling and advising
• Completed apprenticeship in the food sector, preferably with business management further education or career changer with relevant professional experience
• Confident handling of PC and digital applications
• Knowledge of standard MS Office programs and SAP ERP system R3 are an advantage
• Teamwork skills
• Structured, result-oriented, and independent way of working
