• Service: Reception and advice of our customers, issuing new customer and day passes, checking access authorizations
• Support: Maintaining customer files, processing complaints, credit notes and invoices
• Customer-oriented appearance: Friendly and helpful interaction with our customers
• Organization: Acceptance and forwarding of phone calls, acceptance and processing of repairs as well as processing of customer inquiries
• Readiness to work: Your deployment takes place in alternating shifts

• Training: Ideally you have a completed commercial training
• Experience and knowledge: Relevant professional experience in customer information as well as MS Office and SAP knowledge are an advantage
• Appearance: Confident and well-groomed demeanor
• Characteristics: Strong service orientation and communication skills
