Transgourmet/Selgros reliably supplies professional bulk customers with fresh food, non-food items and services. They are looking for a field sales consultant for retail customers.

• Secure and develop earnings and sales of the assigned retail customers in the sales area
• Strengthen existing business relationships with regular customers
• Win back non-buying customers (retail)
• Acquire new customers (retail)
• Sell the SELGROS/Transgourmet range
• Personal care of retail customers
• Win new customers (retail)
• Clarify customer concerns and complaints and decide according to guidelines
• Customer potential analysis
• Customer-specific terms within a defined framework (prices, payment terms, bonuses, service)
• Analyze customer wishes regarding range and service
• Monitor activities of regional competitors
• Build a network of manufacturers etc.

• Commercial/business administration training or relevant professional experience in the food industry, ideally in convenience, kiosk, regional beverage retail
• Extensive knowledge of the SELGROS/Transgourmet product range
• Confidence in analyzing key figures and statistics
• Business administration knowledge
• Strong people skills and negotiation skills
• Ability to organize your own working time efficiently
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Flexibility, closing strength
• Car driving license
