About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn

Support the team in analysing, optimising and modelling development processes in the semiconductor industry
Take an active part in digitalising processes and integrating them into the existing IT system landscape
Maintain and further develop process documentation and so shape modern knowledge platforms in SharePoint
Help optimise workflows in interdisciplinary process projects and implement strategic improvement measures
Help pilot new tools and methods and create and further develop dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI

Requirements

An active degree programme in industrial engineering, technology and innovation management, technical business administration, business informatics or a comparable field
Strong process thinking and a high solution orientation, knowledge of process management methods is an advantage
Affinity for IT and first experience in data analysis, automation or developing low-code applications, for example with the Microsoft Power Platform
Confident and routine use of Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
Analytical thinking and a structured, independent way of working as well as strong communication skills in a team
Very good German and English skills
