Working Student, Travel Office / Travel Management (Summer Semester 2027)

Working student role in travel management at TRUMPF, handling bookings and administrative support. Starts in the summer semester of 2027 and lasts 6 months.

• Book hotels in Germany and internationally using various booking systems
• Coordinate car rental bookings nationally and internationally using different systems
• Carefully handle train ticket bookings nationally and internationally
• Support administrative tasks in travel management
• Gain a broad understanding of travel management processes by working with different booking systems

• You are studying tourism, business travel or a comparable subject, or have a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have some practical experience in business travel management
• You have good MS Office skills
• You communicate confidently internationally with very good German and good English, both spoken and written
• You are organized, independent and quick to learn, and enjoy working in a team
