Working Student Talent Acquisition (SS27)

Kick-start your career at TRUMPF while you study. Take on exciting projects, contribute your ideas actively and work closely with experienced colleagues. Besides individual support, you can expect many offers made especially for students. Start: summer semester 2027, duration: 6 months.

• As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you take on recruiting tasks for all target groups, from trainees and students to graduates and experienced professionals
• You support our team in creating and placing job ads and help address candidates precisely
• You actively take part in carrying out marketing and trade fair campaigns and help make TRUMPF more visible as an employer
• By working on exciting HR projects, such as developing international recruiting strategies and trends, you deepen your understanding of future-oriented HR work
• With your interest in innovation, you take part in AI projects in recruiting and actively help develop our processes

• Studies in business administration, business psychology or a comparable degree program with a focus on HR
• First practical experience in recruiting is an advantage but not required
• Good knowledge of MS Office and very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• With your structured and independent way of working and your analytical and conceptual skills, you approach new topics in a goal-oriented way
• With your friendly and confident manner, you make a good impression when dealing with different contacts
