About this Apprenticeship

Permanent part-time position working 19.25 hours per week in UKM's Nursing Development division, Practice Education and Quali4Care department. You will help shape clinical practice education across UKM, supporting skills-based training and the professional recognition of internationally trained nurses.

What You'll Learn

Help develop the Practice Education and Quali4Care department
Ensure and deliver clinical practice education required by law and pay agreements under PflAPrVO and TV-E
Plan, deliver and evaluate process-based clinical practice education
Help develop and implement the shared clinical practice education framework and the SAFE framework
Deliver simulation and practical skills training for apprentices, voluntary service participants and internationally trained nurses undergoing professional recognition
Conduct practical final examinations and professional recognition examinations
Induct new clinical practice educators and support work observation placements
Attend the annual mandatory training under Section 4 PflAPrVO

Requirements

Completed vocational training in nursing, operating theatre assistance (OTA) or anaesthesia assistance (ATA)
Completed qualification in clinical practice education under PflAPrVO
Proof of the legally required continuing training for clinical practice educators
Full measles vaccination protection as required by the Measles Protection Act
