Monitoring and operation of the overall plant Sound process engineering knowledge of the overall plant Shift operation and monitoring of operations according to operating regulations Application of occupational safety and environmental protection requirements for the systems Conducting plant inspections Supporting and performing isolations in the mechanical/electrical plant area Monitoring compliance with service and accident prevention regulations Role model in the use of new technologies, with the aim of continuously developing relevant skills and empowering teams to be innovative, learn, and successfully adapt to change

Completed training as a power plant operator in mechanical engineering and/or electrical and control engineering Experience in shift operation of a coal-fired power plant or similar facility Experience in switching authorization for electrical/mechanical systems Quick comprehension and analytical thinking as well as communication skills Self-initiative and resilience Process-oriented thinking and working Knowledge of operating control systems Medical fitness according to occupational health examinations per employers' liability insurance association principles (G26.3) Willingness to work in full continuous shift operation
