• The technical fundamentals are taught to you both in-house and at vocational school. During your apprenticeship, you will create sketches and technical drawings, carry out detailed constructions, create plans using a CAD program, produce schematic or perspective representations, and calculate components. Documenting written documents or drawings is also part of your area of responsibility
• At the end of your apprenticeship, you will deepen your knowledge by choosing the specialization 'Mechanical and Plant Engineering' and learn to create 3D models for components of plants, machines, and heat pumps. This prepares you for the technical tasks in your future field of deployment
• You will rotate through the various areas of design and thus get to know all possible deployment areas in which you can work after the apprenticeship. This gives you the opportunity to specialize in the direction that suits you most during the apprenticeship
• Look forward to our induction week including a factory tour and various team-building and leisure events
• At our company, you will be trained practically and professionally in our own training workshop and in the departments as well as in customer service
• The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years; with good academic and operational performance, a shortening of the apprenticeship period to 3 years is possible. During the apprenticeship, you attend vocational school once a week at the Berufskolleg Technik Remscheid (www.btr-rs.de/), every two weeks twice a week
• You will receive diverse further training, e.g., product training, communication seminars, and an English course with a certified completion

• You are about to obtain your general technical college entrance qualification, ideally with a focus on mathematics and physics - or already have it?
• You have a talent for science subjects and are interested in technology, mechatronics, and electronics
• Ideally, you have gained a glimpse into the world of mechatronics through an internship and now want to turn your interest into a profession
• You are communicative, have strong organizational skills, and enjoy working with numbers
• You are looking for an opportunity to learn a profession while gaining practical experience directly?
