Organise and plan business processes. Support customers by telephone. Record patient data. Bill costs with health insurance funds. Procure and manage products. Contact with customers, employees, suppliers, health insurance funds, doctors, and clinics. Administrative tasks in financial accounting. Contribute to quality management. Participate in projects.

Organisational skills. Good communication skills. Good written expression. Interest in compiling and working out figures. Enjoyment of handling complex business processes. Teamwork ability. Basic knowledge of MS Office. At least Mittlere Reife (intermediate school-leaving certificate).

Above-average apprenticeship remuneration: €1,000 in the 1st year, €1,100 in the 2nd year, €1,200 in the 3rd year. Induction weeks at the start of the apprenticeship.
