Internship Programs and Communications at the Vodafone Foundation in Berlin

The Vodafone Foundation is rethinking education for the digital society. Together with pioneers from politics, science and civil society, it does research, takes part in social and political debates and develops innovative education programs. In the internship you independently prepare background research, briefings and presentations on digital education, educational equity and digital wellbeing.

• Independently prepare background research, briefings and presentations focused on digital education, educational equity and digital wellbeing.
• Contribute your own ideas to the further development of the programs.
• Help design studies and events.

• You are either enrolled at university or currently in a gap year.
• You study social sciences, political science, economics or humanities, communication studies, journalism or media studies, or a comparable field.
• You already have some work experience in project management, PR/editing/communication or academic assistance from internships, student jobs or freelance work.
• Basic knowledge of digital communication tools and methods, especially social media. First experience with photo and video editing software is an advantage.
• Strong interest in media and social or political topics.
• You have a strong interest in foundation work and the topics of education and democracy; prior knowledge is very welcome.
• You express yourself very well in speech and writing and have good English skills.
• You work thoroughly, think along and take responsibility.
