Schwaba GmbH offers apprenticeship positions as an automotive mechatronics technician specialising in passenger vehicle technology starting on 1 September 2027. The training covers professional work with mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle systems as well as modern diagnostic and repair procedures.

Working professionally with mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle systems; locating, diagnosing and repairing technical faults using modern testing equipment and software; applying and understanding wiring and assembly diagrams and working with digital communication and diagnostic systems; independently carrying out maintenance, inspections and conversions; correctly installing and repairing complex systems such as air-conditioning, hydraulic, pneumatic and pyrotechnic systems.

Good intermediate school-leaving certificate or very good lower secondary certificate; enthusiasm for cars and enjoyment of hands-on work; technical understanding and interest in mathematics, physics and digital applications; independent, precise and careful working style with a strong sense of responsibility; team spirit, reliability and willingness to develop personally.
