For the start of training 2027 we are looking for motivated trainees (m/f/d) for our Dresden location for the profession Apprenticeship as Gardener (m/f/d) in Landscaping 2027 - Dresden. You have two green thumbs, prefer to be in the fresh air and are full of ideas and drive for beautiful outdoor facilities and green spaces? Perfect!

Well-maintained and beautifully designed outdoor areas give our properties the right setting. You will become a professional in designing green spaces, paths, fences and playgrounds so that our tenants feel completely at home outside their four walls. Of course, state-of-the-art equipment and machines are used, which you will handle professionally. Soon you will set up construction sites independently, plan with an eye for aesthetics and fresh ideas. You are persistent and accurate in implementation and equally motivated in maintaining outdoor facilities and in winter service. After your training, no one will be able to teach you anything about plant knowledge, because then you will be the expert. In block lessons you will dive deep into the world of gardening and landscaping at vocational school, deepen your already acquired knowledge and exchange ideas with others.

Ideally a strong interest in science subjects, enthusiasm for technology and manual dexterity as well as a good secondary school diploma and physical fitness. Even more important to us are service orientation, the will to make a difference, the willingness to pitch in and absolute reliability.
