Apprenticeship as an Office Management Clerk

Apprenticeships starting on September 1, 2027, are offered to school leavers with an intermediate school-leaving certificate or university entrance qualification. The program provides qualified and demanding training with insight into office and business processes and administrative and organizational support for advisers and customers.

Organizing meetings and business trips and coordinating appointments; welcoming customers and serving as the branch's communication interface; preparing and following up on meetings and handling correspondence; supporting in-house advisers and event management; gaining insight into office processes, seminar organization and accounting; communicating and cooperating with internal and external partners.

Strong organizational skills and teamwork; ability to remain calm even in hectic situations; enjoyment of varied office work and customer contact; customer orientation, openness and interest in banking; strong communication skills, high commitment and resilience.
