In doing so, you gain insights into central HR topics and processes and work closely with relevant stakeholders.

• Actively contribute to people development projects, including performance management, leadership development, diversity and Webasto Academy learning offers
• Handle assigned tasks in introducing and improving global people development concepts and processes with relevant stakeholders
• Organize and help run training sessions, workshops and events, such as Diversity Days or internal development programs
• Work with an international team at headquarters and gain insights into central HR topics and decision processes

• Advanced studies, ideally a master's degree, in Psychology, Business Administration, International Management or a related field
• Some relevant practical HR experience, for example through internships or working student roles, ideally in people development, training or organizational development
• Ability to analyze topics in a structured way and handle assigned tasks independently
• Reliable and organized approach to work and strong initiative
• Clear communication in German and English suited to the audience
