About this Apprenticeship
As a food technology specialist you learn to control and monitor production processes for making food. You operate modern machines, check quality and react to disruptions in production. Over three years, the training teaches you all the knowledge needed to make high-quality food efficiently and safely. Training starts at the Lübbecke site on 1 August 2027.

Requirements
- Interest in food: You enjoy making and processing high-quality food.
- Technical understanding: You have manual skills and good technical understanding.
- IT affinity: Experience using computers, ideally MS Office knowledge.
- Teamwork: You are reliable, willing to learn and like working in a team.
- School education: Good grades in science subjects – career changers are welcome!
