Project and Management Assistant Logistics

To strengthen the team in Bönen, a project and management assistant for logistics is wanted as soon as possible.

• Supporting management on strategic and operational questions
• Creating analyses, reports and decision papers
• Preparing and evaluating key figures with Excel and Power BI
• Independent handling and follow-up of projects
• Preparing shareholder, management and department meetings
• Interface between management, departments and external partners
• Support with process optimisation and special projects
• Organising and coordinating selected appointments and business trips

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, logistics or a comparable field – alternatively commercial vocational training with initial work experience and a strong interest in business contexts
• Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with numbers and key figures
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Communication skills, organisational talent and confident presence at different levels of hierarchy
• High sense of responsibility, discretion and reliable handling of confidential information
