• As a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) according to § 84 HGB you advise and support the concluding field service as well as new and existing customers within your region according to needs in the precautionary modules protection, risk protection and wealth accumulation
• You broker needs-oriented contracts with focus on life, health insurance, composite and investment
• You develop advisory concepts based on the identified goals and wishes of the customer and derive concrete offers from them
• You actively build up your customer network and maintain your relationships with customers
• You support the concluding field service in the introduction of new products in sales
• You increase your personal profile with sales-promoting actions
• You conduct training for the field service partners you support

• Enjoyment of an activity within our sales that you can independently and flexibly design
• Sound expertise in life, property and health insurance as well as investment business

• Flexible, independent working style, prioritization and organizational strength
• Training as insurance clerk (m/f/d), bank clerk (m/f/d), business administrator (m/f/d) or comparable degree, ideally at least two years professional experience in insurance or financial services industry
