Senior Employment Specialist

Together with the People Operations team, you will create an outstanding employee experience. You will be the point of contact for administrative HR matters, work independently and in a structured way, and contribute to internal projects. The role begins on 15 November and is a fixed-term parental-leave replacement through 31 July 2027.

• Support a dedicated group of employees with all HR administration matters
• Act as the first point of contact for employees, social insurance providers and authorities on wage tax and social security matters
• Maintain employee master and transaction data in the HR system and ensure high data quality
• Work closely with Payroll, International Employment and Talent Acquisition
• Prepare and process employment, amendment and termination agreements as well as dismissals
• Prepare references and certificates
• Contribute to projects that continuously develop the HR function and act as a team coach

• Completed commercial training or a successfully completed business degree specializing in HR or a similar field
• Initial professional experience in HR administration
• Good knowledge of employment, tax and social security law
• Team-oriented, independent, structured and highly conscientious working style
• Fluent German and possibly good written and spoken English
