Apprenticeship as Management Assistant for Wholesale and Foreign Trade

Starting 1 August 2026, we are looking for you for the apprenticeship as Management Assistant for Wholesale and Foreign Trade (m/f/d) at Zeppelin Rental GmbH in Bad Wünnenberg-Haaren near Paderborn.

• Regular salary – In the first apprenticeship year you get 1,233 € gross per month from us (2nd year: 1,288 € | 3rd year: 1,363 €).
• Practical experience and independent work – You can get stuck in right away and learn all commercial processes from order acceptance through the creation of orders & offers, customer support (by phone and in person) and invoicing to the billing of our services.
• All-round insight and networking – To give you a deep insight, you also visit our Zeppelin headquarters in Garching near Munich and get to know not only the departments and tasks at your location. Here you also have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other trainees and network.
• Variety and responsibility – Step by step you take on tasks independently, support your colleagues in daily business and are a valuable support for the team.
• Apprenticeship – Your practical training takes place at our Zeppelin Rental location. Theoretical content is taught at the vocational school, so you continuously expand your specialist knowledge.

• School-leaving certificate – By summer 2026 you have a good intermediate school-leaving certificate or your (subject-specific) university entrance qualification.
• Customer orientation – You are open-minded, enjoy interacting with others and can deal well with people.
• Drive – When you are given a task, you throw yourself into it fully. And if you ever need help, we are happy to support you.
• Flexibility – You can adapt quickly and flexibly to customer requirements and changing conditions and have a quick grasp.
• Team spirit – You are responsible and think it's great when a team sticks together. You can be relied on.
• Interest in business processes – You are interested in how companies can be economically successful and what tasks and processes are needed for a company to run smoothly.
• Driving licence – It would be nice if you already have a class B driving licence. But that's not a must!
