About this Apprenticeship

You are interested in business processes, customer relationships, and trade processes? Then discover the world of wholesale around construction machinery with us and learn the diverse commercial processes at Zeppelin. Zeppelin Baumaschinen GmbH has been the exclusive sales and service partner of Caterpillar Inc., the world's largest construction machinery manufacturer, in Germany since 1954 and is part of the Zeppelin Group. Starting 01 September 2027, we offer an apprenticeship as a merchant (m/f/d) for wholesale and foreign trade management, specializing in wholesale, at our Böblingen location.

  • Behind the scenes – You get to know various areas of your branch, our Zeppelin headquarters in Garching and the central spare parts warehouse in Cologne
  • Versatile insights – Whether invoices, sales of machines and spare parts or customer service – you learn different commercial areas
  • Independence – You are integrated into the team from the start and take on increasingly independent tasks during your training
